Do I need a good "eye for colour"?

No. You need to follow a system. That’s exactly what this gives you — including some tricks that show you how to see undertones, test combinations and get confident using colour, even if you don’t trust your instincts right now.

I live outside the UK. Is this course still useful?

Yes! This course is designed for international use.
